TW Series (Dust & Gas Respirator)
TW02S
※ Combine with filters or absorption canisters matching your working application. (Before use, confirm that the respirator’s assigned protection factor exceeds the required protection factor of the workplace.)
Manufacturing and handling of chemical substances
Welding, thermal cutting and metal melting operations
When used in indoor workplaces with continuous metal arc welding: only applicable where the required protection factor is less than 10
Asbestos handling work (Class 3 respiratory protective equipment)
Dioxin hazard control (Level 2)
Pesticide spraying (emulsions, wettable powders, dust formulations)
Operations involving heavy metal-laden dust
Spray painting operations
Powder coating operations
Roller coating operations
Contaminated soil remediation work
Volcanic gas protection
Nanomaterial production and handling (scenarios with expected negligible exposure)
Indium compound protection (concentration below 3 μg/m³)
Decontamination work (when the risk of internal radiation exposure is high)
Radioactive dust handling work
Debris disposal during demolition and renovation of buildings and structures
The TW single facepiece has passed national certification for both replaceable dust respirators and compact direct-connected gas respirators. Either filters or absorption canisters can be installed according to different working environments.
Compact design. The facepiece minimizes forward protrusion for excellent workability. It delivers a wide field of vision and can be worn together with welding shields and safety goggles.
Two dust filters last approximately four times longer than a single filter. (Comparison using the same T2 filter model)No metal components are adopted.
