※ Please use together with filters or absorption canisters suitable for your application. Before use, confirm that the assigned protection factor of the respirator exceeds the required protection factor of the working environment.
Manufacturing and handling of chemical substances
Welding, thermal cutting and metal melting operations
When used in indoor workshops with continuous metal arc welding: only applicable for environments where the required protection factor is less than 10
Asbestos operations (Class 3 respiratory protective equipment)
Dioxin countermeasure work (Level 1)
Pesticide spraying operations (emulsions, wettable powders, dust formulations)
Operations involving heavy metal-containing dust
Spray painting work
Powder coating work
Roller coating work
Sander grinding work
Grinder machining work
Tar and oil mist exposure
Water mist environments (wet grinding and similar operations)
Sand, soil and rock dust (excavation, crushing and similar work)
Volcanic gas protection
Decontamination work (when there is a high risk of internal radiation exposure)
Debris disposal during demolition and renovation of buildings and structures
The TW single facepiece has passed national certification for both replaceable dust respirators and compact direct-connected gas respirators. Either filters or absorption canisters can be installed according to different working environments.
Adopting the 4-point dual-strap head harness of TW01SC, it delivers stable and secure fitting.
Color options: Lapis navy, mica shimmer.Integrated fit checker: Facilitates easy seal test to check facial tightness.Wide field of vision design: Exhaust valves are mounted on the upper part of the mask to maintain unobstructed downward vision.Three sizes available (S, M, L) for a tailored fit to different face shapes. No metal components are used throughout the respirator.
